The invention provides a method and device for dismantling a temporary support of a deep foundation pit. The method comprises the steps that S1, during construction, a temporary latticed column serves as a stand column structure of the temporary support; s2, when the temporary support is poured, a pipe in the horizontal width direction is pre-buried, and a pre-buried hole is formed; s3, when the temporary support is cut, a rope saw penetrates through the pre-buried hole for cutting; s4, the cut concrete blocks are transported out of the foundation pit after being crushed; s5, dismantling the temporary latticed columns; and the temporary support in the deep foundation pit is dismantled through the steps. The cut concrete blocks are crushed by a crushing device in a resonance mode; the temporary support at the connection position is dismantled mainly in a resonance mode by adopting a portable crushing device. The scheme that the whole temporary supporting block is dismantled through the rope saw improves the construction efficiency and reduces the construction difficulty. And an embedded hole structure is arranged, so that a rope saw can conveniently penetrate, and the construction difficulty is greatly reduced.
本发明提供一种深基坑临时支撑拆除方法及装置，S1、在施工时，以临时格构柱作为临时支撑的立柱结构；S2、在浇筑临时支撑时，预埋沿水平宽度方向的管，形成预埋孔；S3、在切割临时支撑时，从预埋孔穿入绳锯进行切割；S4、将切割出的混凝土块破碎后运出基坑；S5、拆除临时格构柱；通过以上步骤拆除深基坑内的临时支撑。切割出的混凝土块采用破碎装置以共振的方式进行破碎；连接位置的临时支撑采用便携式破碎装置主要以共振的方式进行拆除。以绳锯将临时支撑整块拆除的方案，提高了施工效率、降低施工难度。设置的预埋孔结构，便于绳锯穿入，大幅减少施工难度。
