The inner mold and the outer mold are arranged to be of a hollow structure, the first connecting pipe and the second connecting pipe are arranged outside the inner mold and the outer mold to connect the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe of every two adjacent mold plates, and the annular inner mold and the annular outer mold which are connected end to end are of a communicating vessel structure so that the liquid level in the inner mold and the liquid level in the outer mold can rise synchronously; and therefore, the multiple inner molds and the multiple outer molds are cooled at the same time, and the purpose of cooling concrete is achieved.
