Forming method for reserved hole of cantilever connecting bolt of climbing frame wall-attached piece in main body beam
The invention discloses a forming method for a reserved hole of a connecting bolt of a cantilever of a wall-attached part of a climbing frame in a main body beam. The problem that the position of the reserved hole of the connecting bolt at the inner side end of the cantilever of the existing wall-attached part is prone to dislocation is solved. A main body beam concrete pouring formwork system and a combined U-shaped clamping frame are combined together, two conical plastic rods are fixed to a stand column of a left L-shaped frame in a positioning mode, the distance between the two conical plastic rods is equal to the distance between two connecting bolts on a cantilever of a climbing frame wall attaching piece, and the U-shaped clamping frame is connected among a left formwork, a bottom formwork and a right formwork of a beam in a clamped mode. The right ends of the two conical plastic rods sequentially penetrate through the two holes in the left formwork, the concrete pouring space of the main body beam and the penetrating hole in the right formwork and then are in threaded connection with the connecting nut, the two conical plastic rods are firmly arranged between the formworks on the two sides, concrete of the main body beam is poured, and a reserved hole of a cantilever connecting bolt of the wall attaching piece is formed. Accurate positioning of the reserved hole is achieved.
本发明公开了一种主体梁中爬架附墙件悬臂连接螺栓预留孔洞的成型方法,解决了现有的附墙件悬臂的内侧端连接螺栓的预留孔洞位置容易出现错位的问题;将主体梁混凝土浇筑模板体系与组合式U形卡架结合在一起,在左L形架的立柱上定位固定有两个锥形塑胶棒,使两锥形塑胶棒的间距等于爬架附墙件悬臂上的两个连接螺栓的间距,将U形卡架卡接在梁的左侧模板、底模板和右侧模板之间,使两个锥形塑胶棒的右端,依次穿过左侧模板上的两孔洞、主体梁混凝土浇筑空间和右模板上的穿过孔后,与连接螺母螺接在一起,使两锥形塑胶棒牢固地设置在两侧模板之间,浇筑主体梁混凝土,形成附墙件悬臂连接螺栓的预留孔洞,实现了预留孔洞的准确定位。
