Water-saving and energy-saving water-consuming system for water collection in tunnel composite lining and working method of water-consuming system
The invention relates to the technical field of tunnel cleaning, and provides a water-collecting water-saving and energy-saving water system in a tunnel composite lining and a working method of the water-saving water system. Comprising a plurality of sequentially-connected top water collecting tanks arranged on the inner top wall of the tunnel composite lining, a plurality of sequentially-connected lateral water collecting tanks arranged on the inner side wall of the tunnel composite lining and a plurality of drainage pipe networks. A plurality of spraying devices are arranged on the bottom surfaces of each lateral water collecting tank and the top water collecting tank, and each lateral water collecting tank and the top water collecting tank are connected with the drainage pipe network; each group of drainage pipe network comprises a longitudinal water guide pipe and an annular water guide pipe which are arranged in the composite lining and are crossed with each other; the longitudinal water guide pipes are arranged in the radial direction of the tunnel and used for collecting surrounding rock water. The annular water guide pipes are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the tunnel and used for guiding surrounding rock water into the top water collecting tank or the lateral water collecting tanks. Not only is efficient utilization of surrounding rock water resources realized, but also a large amount of labor and energy investment is saved.
本发明涉及隧道清洗技术领域,提供了隧道复合式衬砌内集水节水节能的用水系统及其工作方法,包括设置于隧道复合式衬砌内顶壁的多个依次连接的顶部集水箱、若干组设置于隧道复合式衬砌内侧壁的多个依次连接的侧向集水箱和若干组排水管网;每个侧向集水箱和顶部集水箱的底面均布置有多个喷淋装置,且每个侧向集水箱和顶部集水箱均连接所述排水管网;每组排水管网包括设置于复合式衬砌内的相互交叉设置的纵向导水管和环向导水管;所述纵向导水管沿隧道径向布置,用于收集围岩水;所述环向导水管沿隧道纵向布置,并用于将围岩水引入所述顶部集水箱或所述侧向集水箱。不仅实现了对围岩水资源的高效利用,而且省去了大量的人工和能源投入。
