The concrete anti-crack, anti-seepage and corrosion-resistant construction material comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 35-60% of a modified calcium-magnesium composite expanding agent; 10 to 30% of a waterproof component; 10-20% of an anti-corrosion and rust-inhibiting component; 5-15% of a viscosity reducing component; the preparation method of the modified calcium-magnesium composite expanding agent comprises the following steps: S1, reacting a calcium expanding agent with the specific surface area of 350-500 m < 2 >/kg in a hydrogen fluoride atmosphere to obtain a modified calcium expanding agent with calcium fluoride generated on the surface; s2, mixing the modified calcium expanding agent and the magnesium expanding agent, then stirring and mixing with an epoxy silane solution at the temperature of 30-40 DEG C, drying and grinding to obtain the modified calcium-magnesium composite expanding agent. The calcium fluoride layer is coated with the calcium expanding agent, and the modified calcium expanding agent and the magnesium expanding agent are coated with the epoxy silane solution, so that the early expansion loss can be reduced, the medium-term expansion is increased, the water absorption threshold is increased, the later expansion is avoided, the concrete shrinkage is compensated, and the crack resistance and the structural stability are improved.
