The invention discloses a method for preparing a filling material from a fine tailing mixed material after high-temperature pretreatment. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: firstly, uniformly mixing fine tailings and a caking aid material, then carrying out high-temperature roasting, cooling after roasting, adding a cementing material, mixing again, and finally adding water and an accelerator for filling. The fine tailings are uniformly mixed with the caking aid material in a mass ratio of (9: 1)-(19: 1) in a dry powder state. In the step of high-temperature roasting, the temperature is set to be 400-1600 DEG C, and the roasting time is 1-2 hours. The cementing material and the mixed material are mixed according to the mass ratio of 1: 6-1: 10, water is added for stirring, and the solid mass concentration is guaranteed to be 60%-70%. According to the invention, the fine tailings and the sintering aid material are mixed and roasted at high temperature for pretreatment, so that the strength of the prepared filling material is obviously improved, and the fine tailings can be utilized to a great extent for backfilling during mining.
