The river heavy metal polluted sludge is subjected to resource utilization, so that the pollution to the environment caused by on-site stacking of the sludge is reduced, and the sustainable development of the country is facilitated; and meanwhile, the problems of excessive heavy metal leaching of sludge bricks, difficulty in resource utilization of gravel household garbage and secondary pollution of wastewater are solved.
