Repair material for historical building brick wall cracks and construction method
The invention discloses a repairing material for historical building brick wall cracks and a construction technology. The repairing material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 35 to 55 parts of ordinary Portland cement, 3 to 10 parts of CaO, 6 to 9 parts of fly ash, 2 to 5 parts of mineral powder, 3 to 7 parts of special emulsion for repairing ancient bricks, 0.05 to 0.15 part of wetting agent, 0.08 to 0.20 part of dispersing agent, 23 to 35 parts of water and 7 to 10 parts of color paste. Before use, the powder material and the liquid material are uniformly mixed according to the mass ratio of (2.5-3.6): 1, and the diseases of the ancient brick can be repaired and maintained by adopting construction processes such as a mud jacking method, a mud rising method, secondary plastering and the like. The prepared repairing material improves the bonding strength with the original ancient brick, has excellent compression resistance, hydrophobicity and dry shrinkage resistance, can improve the mechanical and durability of the repaired historical building brick wall, and strictly follows the repairing principle that the historical building is repaired as old as old.
