The invention discloses a building reinforcement type high-ductility concrete material, and relates to the technical field of building engineering materials. The mortar is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100-200 parts of Portland cement, 5-10 parts of phosphate cement, 5-10 parts of a geopolymer, 20-40 parts of silica fume, 150-250 parts of quartz sand, 2-5 parts of basalt-polylactic acid composite fibers or polypropylene fibers, 1-2 parts of composite powder of one or more of zirconium oxide and aluminum oxide, 2-4 parts of a thickening agent, 3-5 parts of a retarder, 3-5 parts of a polycarboxylate superplasticizer and 50-100 parts of water. According to the concrete material provided by the invention, the tensile strength and ductility of the material are remarkably improved, cracks are not easy to generate, a ceramic glaze effect can be formed on the surface after concrete hardening, and the attractive effect of a building structure after reinforcement is improved.
本发明公开了一种建筑加固型高延性混凝土材料,涉及建筑工程材料技术领域,由以下重量份的原料组成:硅酸盐水泥100~200份、磷酸盐水泥5~10份、地质聚合物5~10份、硅灰20~40份、石英砂150~250份、玄武岩‑聚乳酸复合纤维或者聚丙烯纤维2~5份、氧化锆、氧化铝中的一种或几种复合粉体1~2份、增稠剂2~4份、缓凝剂3~5份、聚羧酸减水剂3~5份和水50~100份。本发明提供的混凝土材料显著提高的材料抗拉强度和延性,不易发生裂缝,且混凝土硬化后可在表面形成陶瓷类的釉面效果,改善了建筑结构加固后的美观效果。
