Preparation method of thermal ceramic wear-resistant coating
The invention discloses a preparation method of a thermal ceramic wear-resistant coating material. The thermal ceramic wear-resistant coating material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: brown aluminum oxide fine particles, sintered mullite powder, silicon carbide fine powder, calcined aluminum oxide micro powder, a macromolecular binding agent, an inorganic cementing agent and a retarder. The method for preparing the thermal ceramic wear-resistant coating specifically comprises the following steps: A, adding the brown aluminum oxide fine particles, the macromolecular binder and the inorganic cementing agent into a mixing mill for mixing and milling, so that the inorganic cementing agent is uniformly wetted on the surfaces of the brown aluminum oxide fine particles; b, sequentially adding the sintered mullite powder, the silicon carbide fine powder, the calcined alumina micro powder and the retarder into a mixing mill, and mixing and milling into a paste material; and C, taking out the mixed and ground paste material, weighing, putting into a storage device, and storing in a shady, cool and dry storehouse. The problems that a large number of raw materials are used during preparation of an existing wear-resistant ceramic coating, the process is complex, and the prepared wear-resistant ceramic coating is common in performance are solved.
本发明公开了一种热陶瓷耐磨涂抹料的制备方法,所述热陶瓷耐磨涂抹料制备时用到各原料的质量份数如下:棕刚玉细颗粒、烧结莫来石粉、碳化硅细粉、煅烧氧化铝微粉、高分子结合剂、无机胶结剂、缓凝剂;制作热陶瓷耐磨涂抹料的方法具体包括如下步骤:A、将棕刚玉细颗粒、高分子结合剂和无机胶结剂加入混碾机混碾,使得无机胶结剂均匀的湿润在棕刚玉细颗粒表面;B、然后向混碾机中依次加入烧结莫来石粉、碳化硅细粉、煅烧氧化铝微粉、缓凝剂混碾成泥膏状材料;C、将混碾成的泥膏状材料取出称重后装入存放装置中,放入阴凉干燥的库房中保存。解决现有耐磨陶瓷涂料制备时用到的原料多、工艺复杂且制备出来的耐磨陶瓷涂料性能一般的问题。
