The invention relates to a fiber-reinforced ceramic composite material and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of ceramic composites.Carbon fibers are pretreated, impurities on the surfaces of the carbon fibers are removed, the surfaces of the carbon fibers are activated, and nickel particles introduced by a nickel nitrate solution can be evenly distributed on the surfaces of the carbon fibers; the uniform growth of the zinc oxide nanowire on the surface of the carbon fiber is ensured; besides, the carbon fibers are treated together with the graphene oxide, so that the surface roughness of the carbon fibers is improved, the infiltration and adhesion between the carbon fibers and a ceramic matrix are improved, the interface performance between the carbon fibers and the ceramic matrix is improved, and the bonding performance between the carbon fibers and the ceramic matrix is improved; the zinc oxide nanowire and the ceramic matrix are better combined, so that the fracture surface roughness of the ceramic composite material is further improved, a bridging mechanism of cracks is generated when the ceramic composite material is pulled and fractured, brittle fracture caused by stress concentration is avoided, and the toughness of the composite material is improved.
本发明涉及一种纤维增强陶瓷复合材料及其制备方法,属于陶瓷复合材料技术领域,本发明对碳纤维进行了预处理,清除了碳纤维表面杂质、活化了其表面,使得由硝酸镍溶液引进的镍颗粒能够在碳纤维表面均匀分布,保证了氧化锌纳米线在碳纤维表面的均匀生长;此外,连同氧化石墨烯对碳纤维进行处理,使得碳纤维表面粗糙度提高,改善了碳纤维与陶瓷基体之间浸润与粘接性,提高了碳纤维与陶瓷基体之间的界面性能,使得碳纤维与陶瓷基体之间的结合性能提高,也即使得氧化锌纳米线与陶瓷基体之间产生了更好的相互结合,进一步增加了陶瓷复合材料的断裂表面粗糙程度,在受拉断裂时,发生裂纹的桥接机制,避免应力集中产生的脆性断裂,增加了复合材料的韧性。
