A drainage frame is concave, a base layer is a PU plastic runway base layer, a plurality of drainage pipes penetrate through the lower end of the drainage frame, a water guide plate is arranged at the lower end, close to the drainage pipes, of the base layer, the water guide plate inclines downwards by 15-45 degrees, a hole penetrates through the upper end of the water guide plate, the diameter of the hole is 0.5-1 cm, and the diameter of the hole is 0.5-1 cm. The water guide plates are located between every two drainage pipes, transmission mechanisms for assisting accumulated water drainage are arranged on the inner sides of the water guide plates, accumulated water firstly falls into the grooves, the weight of the lower lining plate is 3-6 g larger than that of the upper lining plate, and therefore only when the weight of the accumulated water at the upper end of the upper lining plate is larger than 6 g, the upper lining plate can swing downwards through the rotating shaft, and the accumulated water is drained. The upper lining plate drives the lower lining plate to swing upwards through the rotating shaft, the lower lining plate swings on the back face of the water guide plate, accumulated water on the back face of the water guide plate can be assisted to enter the drainage pipe along with swinging of the lower lining plate, and therefore the PU plastic track can achieve efficient drainage.
本发明提供一种带高效排水层PU塑胶跑道结构,排水架呈凹状,基础层为PU塑胶跑道基础层,排水架的下端贯穿有多个排水管,基础层靠近排水管的下端设有导水板,导水板呈向下倾斜15‑45°,导水板的上端贯穿有孔洞,孔洞直径为0.5‑1cm,导水板处于每两个排水管之间,导水板的内侧设有辅助积水排放的传动机构,积水首先掉落至凹槽内部,而下衬板重量大于上衬板重量3‑6g,因此只有当上衬板上端积水重量大于6g时,上衬板才能够通过转轴向下摆动,上衬板通过转轴带动下衬板向上摆动,通过下衬板于导水板的背面摆动,随着下衬板的摆动,能够辅助导水板背面的积水进入排水管的内部,从而使得该种PU塑胶跑道能够形成高效排水。
