The invention provides a bridge ship collision prevention system which comprises a main pier collision prevention structure and two side pier collision prevention structures, the main pier collision prevention structure comprises a main pier, two middle ship collision prevention mechanisms and two middle side collision prevention components, and each side pier collision prevention structure comprises a side pier, a side ship collision prevention mechanism, a side side collision prevention component and a supporting structure. The side ship collision prevention mechanisms are arranged on the driving-in sides of the side piers and located in the transverse bridge direction of the side piers, the supporting structures are arranged on the driving-out sides of the side piers and located in the oblique direction of the side piers, and the first ends of the side ship collision prevention components are fixedly connected with the side ship collision prevention mechanisms. The second end of the side anti-side-collision component extends in the bridge direction and is fixedly connected with the supporting structure. By means of the system, surrounding type protection can be achieved for the main pier, the side pier anti-collision structures which are just needed can be arranged in the range needing enclosure for the side pier parts on the two sides for effective protection, the protection effect is guaranteed, meanwhile, the construction cost is saved, and the later-period enclosure workload is reduced.
