A partition plate is placed in the shell or a steel sleeve is welded in the shell, and the steel sleeve where the installation penetrating hole is located is vertically fixed to the bottom face or the partition plate extending from the surrounding plate. And the ultra-high performance concrete and the constraint shell form a prefabricated bridge deck slab in a pouring mode.
