The pipe pile body comprises a pile body, a drainage groove, a fixing piece, an end plate and a hoop. A plurality of drainage grooves with the depth being h are formed in the outer side wall of the pile body, and the wall thickness of the pile body is h larger than that of a standard PHC pipe pile of the same model; cavities of the drainage grooves are used for being filled with gravel, and the drainage grooves are formed in the longitudinal direction of the pile body. The fixing piece is arranged at the cornice of the drainage channel and is used for fixing geotechnical cloth; the end plates are arranged at the two ends of the pile body, and openings corresponding to the drainage grooves are formed in the end plates. The hoop is arranged on the end plate and arranged in the longitudinal direction of the pile body. A gravel drainage mode is adopted, the drainage capacity is high, clogging is avoided, the method can be used in cooperation with preloading and vacuum preloading, drainage consolidation is accelerated, and the construction period is shortened.
