The newly-added sluice piers are arranged on the existing sluice bottom plate, a single-hole sluice is changed into a double-hole sluice, the purposes of reducing the width of a sluice chamber and accordingly reducing the width of the sluice are achieved, deformation of the sluice and the sluice chamber can be fully coordinated, and opening and closing of the two sides of the sluice can be synchronous and smoother.
本发明一种既有水闸新增闸墩地基处理方法及新增闸墩,包括在既有水闸底板开通孔,通孔穿过既有水闸底板、既有垫层和天然地基,在通孔内放置钢筋笼且通过浇筑混凝土制成新增灌注桩,新增灌注桩顶部保留一部分钢筋笼,新增灌注桩的直径小于通孔的直径且高出既有水闸底板一定高度,在新增灌注桩高出既有水闸底板顶部架设模板,模板底部与既有水闸底板间隔一定距离,在模板底部设置支撑架,对模板上采用分层浇筑,形成新增闸墩。本发明在既有水闸底板上设置新增闸墩,使单孔水闸变为双孔水闸,达到减少闸室宽度、从而减小闸门宽度的目的,使闸门自身的变形与闸室能够充分协调,也能使闸门两侧启闭同步更加顺畅。
