The invention discloses a constant-pressure water supply device and an active water leakage detection method.The constant-pressure water supply device is applied to a water supply system, the water supply system comprises a water supply pipeline with a water inlet and a water outlet, and the constant-pressure water supply device comprises a first electric control valve, a booster water pump, a pressure sensor, a second electric control valve, a pressure buffer and a main controller; the main controller can control the first electric control valve part to close the water supply pipeline when a first preset water outlet pressure set by a user is lower than a municipal water supply pressure; or when the first preset water outlet pressure set by the user is higher than the municipal water supply pressure, the main controller can control the booster pump to be started to boost the water pressure in the water supply pipeline to the first preset water outlet pressure; by means of the structure, the water pressure in the water supply pipeline can be adjusted according to the needed water pressure, constant-pressure water supply is achieved, meanwhile, active water leakage detection can be conducted, and property losses are reduced.
