An extending sliding rod moves downwards along an annular groove, so that a threaded ring on a rotating cylinder can rotate automatically, the threaded ring and an outer threaded sleeve are locked, a lower pipe body and an upper pipe body can be connected through a center positioning rod, the stability of connection between the lower pipe body and the upper pipe body is improved, and the mounting strength is improved; and the bevel edge convex block on the movable rod is in contact with the through groove, so that the positioning ring is conveniently limited by the bevel edge convex block.
