The invention provides novel intelligent micro-mirror control phase change glass which comprises a glass body, the glass body comprises a first glass layer, a phase change layer, a second glass layer, a micro-mirror layer and a third glass layer which are arranged in sequence, the phase change layer can absorb or release heat and achieve peak transfer of energy consumption, the micro-mirror layer is used for solar radiation management, and the third glass layer is used for heat dissipation. The indoor illumination intensity, direction and turning degree are adjusted and controlled, and excessive solar radiation is reflected to a ceiling and is diffused into a room, or the solar radiation is reflected to the outside. According to the novel intelligent micro-mirror control phase-change glass, the micro-mirror array is combined with the phase-change material, the light incident angle is intelligently adjusted to form a proper reflection angle, the indoor light comfort is improved, the advantage of heat energy storage of the phase-change material is combined, energy consumption peak value transfer is achieved through the phase-change layer, and the indoor thermal environment stability is improved; the heat comfort degree is improved, and the indoor lighting energy consumption is greatly reduced while the indoor light environment is improved.
本发明提供了一种新型智能微镜控相变玻璃,包括玻璃主体,所述玻璃主体包括依次设置的第一玻璃层、相变层、第二玻璃层、微镜层、第三玻璃层,所述相变层能够吸收或者释放热量并达成能耗的峰值转移,所述微镜层用于进行太阳辐射管理,进行室内光照强度、方向和转向程度调节控制,将过量的太阳辐射反射至天花板漫反射至室内,或者将太阳辐射反射至室外。本发明所述的新型智能微镜控相变玻璃,通过微镜阵列结合相变材料的方式,采用智能调节光线入射角度形成合适的反射角度,提升室内光舒适度,结合相变材料可实现热能储存的优势,相变层实现能耗峰值转移提升室内热环境稳定性,提升热舒适度,在改善室内光环境的同时也大幅降低了室内的照明能耗。
