The present invention proposes a ternary hydraulic binder composition comprising the mineral compound C4A3 (sulphocalcite) and an ingredient selected from the group consisting of gypsum, calcium sulfate hemihydrate, anhydrite and mixtures thereof (generally referred to as CHx, where x is a rational number from 0 to 2) and optionally C2S (belite), characterized by an additional content of the mineral compound C12A7 (dodecacalcium heptaaluminate). Furthermore, the present invention proposes a method for the production thereof, a method for the production of a building chemical composition comprising water, and the use of the ternary composition in building chemical compositions comprising a blade filler, a troweling, and a repair mortar, a patch adhesive, a patch grout, a plaster, an undercoat and a sealant, as well as a method for the production of the building chemical composition comprising water, and the use of the ternary composition in building chemical compositions comprising a blade filler, a troweling material, and a repair mortar, a patch adhesive, a patch grout, a plaster, an undercoat and a sealant.
