Method for improving flatness of ceramic tiles
The invention relates to the technical field of tiles, in particular to a method for improving the flatness of tiles. The method comprises the following steps: pressing a green body raw material into a ceramic tile green body, and applying glaze to the surface of the ceramic tile green body; sequentially firing and cooling the ceramic tile green body in a kiln to obtain the ceramic tile; the transportation rate of the ceramic tile green body during firing or cooling is controlled to be 2-4 m/min; when the firing temperature is lower than the melting temperature of the ceramic tile green bodies and the glaze, the distance between every two adjacent ceramic tile green bodies is controlled to be 1-9 mm; when the firing temperature is larger than or equal to the melting temperature of the ceramic tile blanks and the glaze, the distance between every two adjacent ceramic tile blanks is controlled to range from 5 mm to 25 mm. The chemical compositions of the tile blank and the glaze, the difference between the initial melting points and the softening points and the difference between the expansion coefficients of the tile blank and the glaze are strictly limited, so that the obtained kiln-drawn tile has better flatness; the flatness of the large-size ceramic tiles is further improved by controlling parameters of the ceramic tile firing stage, the conveying speed of the ceramic tile blanks in the firing stage and the ratio of the distance to the length of the ceramic tile blanks.
本发明涉及瓷砖技术领域,尤其涉及一种提高瓷砖平整度的方法。该方法包括如下步骤:将坯体原料压制成瓷砖坯体,在瓷砖坯体的表面施加釉料;瓷砖坯体在窑炉内依次进行烧成、冷却,得到瓷砖;控制瓷砖坯体在烧成或冷却时的运输速率为2‑4m/min;烧成温度<瓷砖坯体及釉料的熔融温度时,控制相邻两块瓷砖坯体之间的间距为1‑9mm;烧成温度≥瓷砖坯体及釉料的熔融温度时,控制相邻两块瓷砖坯体之间的间距为5‑25mm。严格限定瓷砖坯体、釉料的化学组成、两者的始熔点和软化点差值、膨胀系数差值,使获得的出窑瓷砖具有较好的平整度;通过控制瓷砖烧成阶段的参数、烧成阶段中瓷砖坯体的运输速率、瓷砖坯体的间距与其长度的比值来进一步改善大规格瓷砖的平整度。
