The invention belongs to the field of functional ceramics, and particularly relates to an anti-slip brick and a manufacturing process thereof. The wet non-slip brick comprises a non-slip brick blank body, and a flowing glaze layer, a non-slip dry granular glaze layer and a protective cover glaze layer which are sequentially arranged on the surface of the non-slip brick blank body by taking the non-slip brick blank body as a base body, the thickness of the flowing glaze layer is 2-3mm, the thickness of the non-slip dry granular glaze layer is 1-2mm, and the thickness of the protective cover glaze layer is 0.05-0.08 mm. The non-slip dry granular glaze layer is prepared from the following raw materials: frit dry granules, water, clay, ethylene glycol, albite and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, and the particle size of the frit dry granules is 0.125-0.15 mm. By controlling the thickness and the raw material components of the glaze, the anti-slip performance of the ceramic tile is improved; the service life of the anti-skid effect can be prolonged, the strength of the tile body can be improved, meanwhile, the wet-state anti-skid tile gets rid of the traditional matte surface effect, the cover glaze layer can be protected, and the bright surface effect is achieved.
