According to the device, the first motor is used for driving the tamping plate to conduct tamping, meanwhile, slurry in the slurry storage box is rapidly input into the grouting shell through the feeding mechanism, so that the device can achieve the dual functions of tamping and feeding through one motor, and then the energy-saving performance and practicability of the device are greatly improved.
