本发明涉及一种基于保留柱头的运营高架桥梁立柱墩身拆除施工方法,其步骤为:在钢横梁设置吊点并安装定滑轮;按标记好的吊装孔位置采用水钻开孔,安装对穿圆钢做吊点;在标记好的切割面位置安装绳锯导向轮和切割设备,切割第一刀切割面;安装钢丝绳、手动葫芦,折臂吊就位后挂钢丝绳;安装绳锯导向轮和切割设备,切割第二刀切割面;通过手动葫芦和折臂吊同步配合,将切割块缓慢移出原墩身平面位置,然后缓慢下放至地面;重复前面步骤直至立柱拆除完成。本发明通过人工配合手动葫芦、绳锯、折臂吊等机具,在有限空间内不碰撞保留柱头和托换钢架的情况下,可安全有效解决狭小空间内无法使用大型机械设备拆除老立柱难度大的问题。
