The construction method comprises the following steps that firstly, surveying and setting out are conducted; 2, guide wall construction; thirdly, a drilling machine is in place; step 4, mounting a steel casing; 5, drilling to form a hole; sixthly, the secant piles are arranged and designed; seventhly, plain concrete piles are constructed; eighthly, reinforced concrete piles are constructed; and ninthly, the secant pile is formed through maintenance. According to the method, the full-casing long spiral drilling machine is adopted for long spiral post-press-grouting construction, so that a hard soil layer and a sand layer can penetrate more easily, the problems of diameter reduction, hole collapse and the like are avoided in the pile forming process, the pile forming quality is stable, and the pile forming precision is improved. And in addition, the drilling depth of the constructed secant pile can reach 40 m, the drilling diameter can reach 1.2 m, and the engineering application range can be enlarged to a certain extent.
本发明公开了双电机套筒螺旋钻孔压灌咬合桩施工工法，包括如下步骤：步骤一、测量放样；步骤二、导墙施工；步骤三、钻机就位；步骤四、安装钢护筒；步骤五、钻进成孔；步骤六、咬合桩排布设计；步骤七、素混凝土桩施工；步骤八、钢筋混凝土桩施工；步骤九、养护形成咬合桩。本发明采用全套管长螺旋钻机长螺旋后压灌施工，能够使硬土层以及沙土层更容易穿透，且成桩过程中，不会出现直径缩小、塌孔等问题，成桩质量平稳，提高成桩精度。而且施工的咬合桩，钻进深度可以达到40m，钻孔直径可以达到1.2m，一定程度上能扩大工程应用范围。
