The invention discloses a slurry retaining wall cast-in-place pile construction method based on a cast-in-place auxiliary device. The method comprises the steps that firstly, a pile head is expanded; 2, hoisting and mounting a pile casing; 3, mounting a cover plate; 4, constructing a cast-in-place pile to form a hole; and fifthly, the cast-in-place pile is poured with concrete. When a drilling machine forms a hole in a cast-in-place pile, the cover plate is opened, and the device only serves as a pile casing; after hole forming is completed, the cover plate is covered, concrete pouring work is directly completed from the concrete pouring pipe below the middle of the cover plate, in the construction process, the construction quality can be ensured, and hole opening collapse is avoided; mud blocks are prevented from falling into a cast-in-place pile formed hole from a hole opening in the pouring process, and the pile forming quality is improved; and the construction safety can be improved, and an operator is prevented from mistakenly stepping into a cast-in-place pile formed hole in the construction process.
本发明公开了一种基于灌注辅助装置的泥浆护壁灌注桩施工方法，该方法包括：一、扩大桩头；二、吊装并安装护筒；三、安装盖板；四、施工灌注桩成孔；五、混凝土灌注灌注桩。本发明通过在钻机灌注桩成孔时，打开盖板，本装置仅为护筒作用；成孔完毕后，盖上盖板，直接从盖板中间下方混凝土浇筑管完成混凝土灌注工作，在施工过程中，能确保施工质量，避免孔口坍塌；防止灌注过程中泥块从孔口掉入灌注桩成孔内，提高成桩质量；也可提高施工安全性，避免作业人员在施工过程中误踩掉入灌注桩成孔内。
