Layered and segmented earth excavation method
The invention discloses a layered and sectional type earth excavation method which comprises the following steps: step 1, surveying and setting out, and excavating in a mechanical or blasting manner after surveying and setting out are completed; secondly, slope repairing and slope protection are conducted in the excavated foundation pit; thirdly, earth and stones are cleared and transported according to the slope built in the second step, and then excavation and transfer are conducted in a layered and segmented mode; fourthly, the foundation of the excavated foundation pit is leveled; wherein a drainage step is carried out before the second step, an intercepting ditch is arranged on the periphery of the outer side of the foundation pit, the section size of the intercepting ditch is 400mm * 400mm, lime-sand bricks are built, the side face foundation surface is plastered by cement mortar with the thickness of 1: 2.5 and the thickness of 20, fine stone concrete with the thickness of 50mm is used for protecting the surface within the range of 50cm on the two sides of the ditch top, and after layered and segmented excavation is completed, anchor rod and net hanging concrete spraying slope protection construction is carried out. According to the layered and segmented earth excavation method, the layered and segmented excavation and transfer mode in the third step is adopted, and the layered and segmented earth excavation method can be well suitable for deep foundation pit construction.
本发明公开了一种分层分段式土方开挖方法,包括如下步骤:步骤一,测量放线,在测量放线完成后通过机械或爆破的方式开挖;步骤二,在开挖的基坑中修坡和护坡;步骤三,依据步骤二所修建的坡清运土石方,之后分层分段开挖转运;步骤四,之后将挖好的基坑基底整平;其中,在步骤二之前还具有排水步骤,在基坑外侧四周设置截水沟,排水沟断面尺寸高×宽=400mm×400mm,灰砂砖砌筑,侧面基地面采用1:2.5厚20水泥砂浆抹面,沟顶两侧50cm范围内用50mm厚细石砼护面,并在分层分段开挖完成后,进行锚杆、挂网喷砼护坡施工。本发明的分层分段式土方开挖方法,采用了步骤三中分层分段开挖转运的方式,可以很好的适用于深度较深的基坑施工。
