The invention discloses a method for manufacturing an open caisson through a tunneling open caisson sinking device. The method comprises the steps of foundation construction, open caisson manufacturing platform construction, open caisson manufacturing, open caisson tunneling, open caisson water injection sinking, open caisson mud and sand cleaning and open caisson bottom sealing. The open caisson manufacturing platform is composed of a cubic steel structure, a cubic steel structure fixing device, a formwork hanging device, a formwork, various connecting pieces and an open caisson construction platform. The open caisson tunneling comprises the steps of installation of a miniature tunnel boring machine, installation of a hydraulic propelling device and hydraulic propelling tunneling. The open caisson water injection sinking means that a hydraulic pusher and a miniature tunnel boring machine are started at the same time, a water circulation system is further started, a nozzle at the front end of the miniature tunnel boring machine is used for spraying water, the hydraulic pusher is used for pushing the miniature tunnel boring machine to advance, the miniature tunnel boring machine automatically rotates to spray water at the front end, mud and sand are changed into mud, and the open caisson sinks through gravity; and sealing the bottom with concrete.
