The invention discloses a sand pumping and discharging module for deep ditching of submarine pipelines. The sand pumping and discharging module comprises a structural frame; the submersible silt pump is mounted in the structural frame; the sonar system is fixedly connected to the structural frame, and the sonar system is arranged close to the top end of the structural frame; the submersible silt pump and the sonar system are electrically connected to the operation engineering ship through the umbilical cable; and one end of the sand discharging pipeline is connected to the output end of the submersible silt pump, and the other end of the sand discharging pipeline is connected to a silt discharging area. According to the invention, an independent module is mainly used in cooperation with the jet-type trencher and can also be integrated with the jet-type trencher, after the jet-type trencher is used for trenching, grit, gravels, shell debris and the like which cannot be discharged along with increase of the depth and width of a trench are pumped out and discharged far, conditions are created for gradual sinking and deep burying of a submarine pipeline, and the construction efficiency is improved. Therefore, deep ditching construction needed by submarine pipeline rear protection is achieved.
本发明公开了一种用于海底管道深挖沟的抽排沙模块,包括:结构框架;潜水泥沙泵,所述潜水泥沙泵安装于所述结构框架内;声呐系统,所述声呐系统固定连接于所述结构框架上,且所述声呐系统靠近结构框架顶端设置;脐带缆,所述潜水泥沙泵和声呐系统通过所述脐带缆电性连接于作业工程船;排沙管道,所述排沙管道一端连接于所述潜水泥沙泵输出端,所述排沙管道另一端连接至泥沙排放区。本发明主要以独立的模块配合喷射式挖沟机使用,也可以将其与喷射式挖沟机集成一体,将喷射式挖沟机挖沟后,随着沟深与沟宽增加而无法排出的沙砾、碎石、贝壳碎屑等抽出远排,为海底管道的逐步下沉深埋创造条件,从而实现海底管道后保护所需的深挖沟施工。
