The heat insulation layer is formed by compounding a spacer fabric layer and a foam material, the spacer fabric layer is formed by connecting an upper fabric layer and a lower fabric layer through a spacer structure, and the upper anchoring layer and the lower anchoring layer are composed of an upper looped structure and a lower looped structure which are formed by interweaving upper looped silk and lower looped silk with the upper fabric layer and the lower fabric layer respectively. The preparation method of the high-strength heat-insulation connecting piece comprises the following steps: respectively separating the upper looping structure and the lower looping structure from the spacer fabric layer through the upper heating plate and the lower heating plate, adding a to-be-foamed raw material into the lower fabric layer from the upper fabric layer to the lower fabric layer through the spacer structure, and heating and foaming to prepare the high-strength heat-insulation connecting piece. The upper anchoring layer and the lower anchoring layer of the high-strength heat insulation connecting piece can be connected and combined with a concrete material or a resin-based composite material to obtain a composite material, and the tensile strength of a combined interface is remarkably improved.
