Side edge water-stop belts are arranged on the two sides of the middle water-stop belt; telescopic structures are arranged between the middle water-stop belt and the side water-stop belts, and anti-tearing structures are detachably arranged at the two ends of the side water-stop belts. And shaping structures are arranged between the two ends of the middle water stop belt and the corresponding anti-tearing structures. The telescopic structure comprises a folding telescopic belt; cavities are formed in the two sides of the middle water stop belt correspondingly, and folding telescopic belts are connected to the upper sides and the lower sides in the cavities correspondingly.
