The invention relates to the technical field of composite floor slabs, and discloses a light assembly type steel structure composite floor slab which comprises a plurality of steel beams, top plates are arranged on the upper surfaces of the steel beams, bottom plates are arranged on the lower surfaces of the steel beams, cross beams are arranged between the two steel beams, and fixing mechanisms are arranged between the cross beams and the steel beams; the invention further provides a construction method of the light assembly type steel structure composite floor slab, which comprises the following steps: S1, fixing the bottom plate: fixing the bottom plate at the bottom of the steel beam through bolts or in an electric welding manner; and S2, the cross beam is fixed, specifically, the fixing blocks in the multiple fixing mechanisms are evenly inserted into the side face of the steel beam, and then the rubber strips make contact with the steel beam so that the fixing blocks and the steel beam can be tightly connected and fixed. Through the arrangement of the fixing mechanism, the cross beam can be rapidly fixed to the steel beam, the position can be adjusted according to different needs, construction is convenient, and the cross beam is firmer after light concrete is poured.
本发明涉及组合楼板技术领域,且公开了轻型装配式钢结构组合楼板,包括多个钢梁,钢梁的上表面设有顶板,且钢梁的下表面设有底板,两个所述钢梁之间设有横梁,且横梁和钢梁之间设有固定机构;本发明还提出了轻型装配式钢结构组合楼板施工方法,包括以下步骤:S1:固定底板,把底板通过螺栓或者电焊接的方式固定在钢梁的底部;S2:固定横梁:把多个固定机构中的固定块均匀插接在钢梁的侧面,然后通过橡胶条与钢梁的接触使得固定块与钢梁紧密的连接固定。本发明通过固定机构的设置能够使得横梁能够快速的固定在钢梁上,而且可以根据不同的需要调节位置,施工方便,而且在浇注轻质混凝土后更加牢固。
