The invention discloses an FRP rib clamping piece type anchorage device and an anchoring method. The anchorage device comprises an anchor cup (2), a split clamping piece (3), a fastener (4) and a gasket (5). A first through groove (201) of which one end is large in diameter and the other end is small in diameter is formed in the anchor cup, and the first through groove coaxially penetrates through the anchor cup in the axial direction of the anchor cup; the outer surface of the split type clamping piece is of a conical structure with the diameter of one end large and the diameter of the other end small, and the split type clamping piece is coaxially embedded in the first through groove of the anchor cup. Second through grooves (301) with the same diameter are formed in the split type clamping pieces, so that the FRP ribs coaxially penetrate through the anchor cup and the split type clamping pieces through the second through grooves; the fastening piece is clamped on the free end of the FRP rib, and the fastening piece is pressed on the large head end of the split clamping piece through the gasket. The problems that in the prior art, an FRP rib is prone to fatigue damage at a notch, and a clamping piece cannot follow up in time, so that the anchoring effect is poor, and bonding operation is inconvenient can be solved.
