The invention relates to the field of building construction, in particular to a pulling piece head which comprises an inserting part, a pin connecting part and an extending part for connecting the inserting part and the pin connecting part. The width of the extending part is smaller than that of the inserting part; the pin connecting part is provided with a pin hole. The pull tab set comprises a sleeve and the pull tab, the two ends of the sleeve are provided with clamping grooves and socket grooves communicating with the clamping grooves and the outside. The insertion part enters the clamping groove through the socket groove, and the insertion part is clamped with the clamping groove after rotating by a certain angle. The pull tab head and the sleeve can be detached, so that the pull tab can be recycled, and resources are saved. Meanwhile, the pull piece and the sleeve are connected in a clamping mode, larger assembling allowance is achieved, the connecting effect is not affected, and after deformation occurs, the pull piece can still be detached out.
