The invention discloses a supporting structure for an internal corner formwork and a supporting method thereof.The internal corner formwork comprises two side formworks abutting against each other, the supporting structure comprises a bevel plate, the bevel plate comprises two supporting plates hinged to each other, and the two supporting plates abut against the two side formworks respectively; the adjusting assembly is used for adjusting the angle between the two supporting plates and comprises a rod piece, the first end of the rod piece is connected to an existing structure, and the second end of the rod piece abuts against the internal corner of the bevel plate; the connecting plate is connected to the rod piece in a sliding manner; the limiting piece is used for limiting the sliding of the connecting plate; and the first ends of the two supporting rods are movably connected with the two supporting plates correspondingly, the second ends of the two supporting rods are movably connected with the connecting plate, and the construction efficiency is improved through the supporting structure.
