The invention relates to the technical field of electric power angle steel tower reinforcement, in particular to an electric power narrow-base angle steel tower damage temporary repairing, connecting and reinforcing device which comprises supporting feet, a connecting device and a base. The weight is arranged right above the center of the base, and a groove is formed in the center of the base; the one-way device is arranged on the upper portion of the heavy object, synchronously moves along with the heavy object and limits rising of the heavy object. The supporting legs are obliquely arranged on the base, and the guiding devices are arranged on the supporting legs in the length direction of the supporting legs. The sliding block is slidably arranged on the guiding device in the length direction of the supporting foot. Two ends of the connecting rod are respectively hinged with the sliding block and the weight; the weight drives the sliding block to slide through the connecting rod when falling down; the reinforcing rod is vertically arranged on the sliding block, and the end, close to the sliding block, of the reinforcing rod is hinged to the sliding block. The triggering device is arranged on one side, close to the base, of the supporting leg; and the offset device is arranged on the reinforcing rod. The electric angle steel tower is prevented from collapsing after being impacted.
