The invention relates to porous ceramic and a preparation method thereof, an atomizing core and an electronic atomizing device. The porous ceramic is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 20 to 50 parts of ceramic aggregate, 5 to 35 parts of pore forming agent, 1 to 10 parts of sintering aid, 10 to 45 parts of first base material and 1 to 10 parts of second base material, wherein the first base material comprises a mixture of phosphate and glass powder; the second base material comprises one or more of montmorillonite, vermiculite, expansive rock and perlite. The porous ceramic has high strength, and the shrinkage rate is reduced.
本发明涉及一种多孔陶瓷及其制备方法、雾化芯和电子雾化装置。以质量份数计,上述多孔陶瓷的制备原料包括:陶瓷骨料20份~50份、造孔剂5份~35份、助烧剂1份~10份、第一基料10份~45份及第二基料1份~10份;其中,第一基料包括磷酸盐及玻璃粉的混合物;第二基料包括蒙脱土、蛭石、膨胀岩及珍珠岩中的一种或多种。上述多孔陶瓷具有高强度的同时,降低收缩率。

The invention relates to porous ceramic and a preparation method thereof, an atomizing core and an electronic atomizing device.
