The invention provides a bridge drainage system. The bridge drainage system comprises a bridge body. A bridge body; an expansion joint; the plurality of water seepage and leakage pipes and the water drainage pipe are mounted on the side wall of the bridge main body; according to the leakage-proof mechanism, the interiors of first connecting pipes are slidably connected with sliding rods correspondingly, the side walls of the sliding rods are sleeved with first springs, and the top ends of the first springs abut against the side walls of the first connecting pipes; the first steel plate and the second steel plate are installed on the side wall of the bridge body, and the second connecting pipe is installed at the bottom end of the first steel plate. The multiple gravel layers are laid in the bridge body, the water seepage spring steel pipes are installed in the gravel layers, and the water seepage spring steel pipes are arranged in the bridge body in a criss-cross mode; a fixed cover; and a protection mechanism. The bridge drainage system provided by the invention has the advantages of preventing the bridge abutment expansion joint from leaking water and quickly draining retained water in asphalt.
