Rapid construction method of reinforced concrete girder
The invention discloses a rapid construction method of a reinforced concrete girder. The construction method comprises the following steps: step 1, hoisting a target reinforcing steel bar section on a suspension device mounted on a bearing device by using a hoisting tool; 2, the suspension device is controlled to move the target reinforcing steel bar section to be in butt joint with the poured beam section; 3, reinforced concrete pouring, vibrating and curing work is conducted on the target reinforcing steel bar sections; 4, after the construction strength and the elastic modulus of the target reinforcing steel bar section meet the specified requirements, the bearing device connected with the target reinforcing steel bar section and the suspension device are moved to the constructed target reinforcing steel bar section through a moving device; and 5, repeating the steps 1-4. The system has the advantages that the moving system and the load-bearing system are connected through forward and reverse buckling, so that the load-bearing system can quickly move, and all walking procedures are carried out above a bridge floor. Through the rotatable suspension system installed on the load-bearing system, overall and rapid hoisting of the reinforcing steel bars in the full-bridge range is achieved, and the construction period is remarkably shortened.
本发明公开了一种钢筋混凝土主梁的快速施工方法,施工方法包括:步骤1:使用吊具将目标钢筋节段吊装在与承重装置安装的悬吊装置上;步骤2:操控悬吊装置将目标钢筋节段移动并与已浇筑梁段对接;步骤3:对目标钢筋节段进行钢筋混凝土的浇筑、振捣及养生工作;步骤4:待目标钢筋节段的施工强度和弹性模量达到规定要求,通过移动装置将与之连接的承重装置连同悬吊装置移动至施工完成的目标钢筋节段;步骤5:重复步骤1~步骤4。本发明的优点是:通过采用正反扣装连接移动系统和承重系统,可实现承重系统的快速移动,行走工序全部在桥面上方进行。通过安装在承重系统上的可旋转的悬吊系统实现全桥范围内的钢筋整体快速吊装,显著节省工期。
