The motor drives the wheel disc to rotate, automatic lifting of the deceleration strip can be achieved, meanwhile, the induction base is matched, the height of the deceleration strip can be conveniently adjusted according to the vehicle speed, and the purpose of decelerating a vehicle is achieved.
