The top surface of the tamping plate is fixedly connected with a vibrator; the top surface of the tamping plate is fixedly connected with a mounting frame on two sides of the vibrator; a pair of sleeves is arranged on the bottom surface of the tamping plate; the two ends of the two sleeves are each provided with an abutting plate. A connecting frame is arranged on the periphery of the tamping plate, and the top of the connecting frame is fixedly connected with the mounting frame. The connecting frame is slidably connected with the abutting plate. First springs are fixedly connected between the abutting plates and the connecting frame. The sleeve is pushed to the bottom of the ramming plate again through the abutting plate, then a worker drags the ramming machine to a slope needing to be rammed through a power arm, the sleeve rolls on the slope in the process, the ramming plate makes contact with the sleeve, and therefore the phenomenon that the ramming plate vibrates in the air, namely empty ramming occurs is avoided, the probability of aging damage of the ramming machine is reduced, and the ramming efficiency is improved. And the service life of the rammer compactor is prolonged.
