Prestressed pipe pile long spiral guide hole grouting and self-weight type pile planting construction method
The invention relates to the technical field of prestressed pipe piles, and discloses a prestressed pipe pile long spiral guide hole grouting and self-weight type pile planting construction method which comprises the following construction steps that (1) forward drilling is conducted in a soil layer through a long spiral drill rod, a pile hole is formed, and the bottom of the pile hole is a bearing layer; in the process of reversely lifting the long spiral drill rod from the pile hole, grouting the pile hole until the pile hole is filled with slurry to a set height; (2) the prestressed pipe pile is hoisted to the position above the pile hole through a crane; (3) the prestressed pipe pile is sleeved with a hoisting structure, after a bucket of an excavator is connected with the hoisting structure, the crane is separated from the prestressed pipe pile, the bucket is connected with the hoisting structure, and the prestressed pipe pile is made to be in a vertical shape; the bucket moves downwards, and the prestressed pipe pile is planted into the pile hole through the gravity of the prestressed pipe pile; and (4) the prestressed pipe pile is vibrated and pressed from top to bottom through a vibration hammer till the lower portion of the prestressed pipe pile is embedded into the bearing stratum. The construction quality requirement is ensured, and the efficient, reliable and economical effects are achieved.
