The invention discloses an in-well variable-pitch operation platform which comprises a first operation platform and a supporting platform used for supporting the first operation platform, the supporting platform comprises a plurality of supporting parts arranged around the first operation platform at intervals, and one end of each supporting part is connected with the first operation platform through a rotating pair; the angle adjusting mechanism is used for controlling the supporting component to rotate; and the bracket is arranged on the well wall.
