The invention provides a pile foundation core drilling sampling device which comprises a bottom plate, universal wheels are arranged at the bottom of the bottom plate, supporting columns are fixedly arranged at the four corners of the top of the bottom plate, a top plate is erected at the tops of the four supporting columns, a mounting plate is slidably erected between the two symmetrical supporting columns, and two lifting assemblies are symmetrically arranged on the top plate; each lifting assembly is used for driving the mounting plate to ascend and descend in the vertical direction, a first motor is arranged at the top of the mounting plate, the output end of the first motor vertically and downwards penetrates through the mounting plate and then is fixedly provided with a sampling barrel, a through hole for the sampling barrel to penetrate through is formed in the bottom plate, and the bottom plate is further provided with a stabilizing assembly for connecting the device with the outside to limit vibration of the device. The sampling device solves the problems that in the prior art, the environment where the sampling device is located is uneven, the sampling device generates vibration in the core drilling and sampling process, the whole sampling device generates displacement, and the quality of a sampled sample is poor.
本发明提供了一种桩基钻芯取样装置,包括底板,底板底部设有万向轮,底板顶部的四角均固定设有支撑柱,四根支撑柱的顶部架设有顶板,两对称的支撑柱之间滑动地架设有安装板,顶板上对称地设有两升降组件,每一升降组件均用于驱动安装板在竖直方向上升降,安装板的顶部设有第一电机,第一电机的输出端竖直向下穿过安装板后固定设有取样筒,底板上开设有供取样筒穿过的通孔,底板上还设有将本装置与外部连接限制其振动的稳定组件,其解决了现有技术中存在的取样装置所处环境凹凸不平,钻芯取样过程中取样装置产生振动使取样装置整体产生位移,导致取样出的样品质量差的问题。
