Suspension type collision pendulum damper
The invention discloses a suspension type collision pendulum damper which comprises a fixing device and a suspension device. The fixing device is fixed to a building, and the suspension device is suspended on the lower side of the fixing device. The suspension device comprises a spherical hinge, an axis rod, an upper bottom plate, a lower bottom plate, a collision ball and a spring; when horizontal excitation is generated, a building structure transmits vibration to the collision pendulum damper, the suspension device can swing freely, and when the suspension device swings and ascends from the vertical position, the collision ball slides centripetally along the axis rod and collides with the upper bottom plate to generate energy consumption; when the suspension device swings and descends from the maximum swing amplitude position to the original position, the collision ball centrifugally slides along the axis rod, the collision ball collides with the lower bottom plate to provide damping, the spring drives the collision ball to collide with the upper bottom plate and the lower bottom plate for multiple times in the swing period, and vibration reduction is achieved. The damper can adapt to excitation in different directions, different frequency bands and different intensities, the flexibility of the damper is improved, and the energy consumption efficiency of the collision ball is improved.
本发明公开了一种悬吊式碰撞摆阻尼器,包括固定装置和悬吊装置;固定装置固定于建筑物上,悬吊装置悬吊于固定装置下侧;悬吊装置包括球铰、轴心杆、上底板、下底板、碰撞球及弹簧;当水平激励产生时,建筑结构将振动传递给碰撞摆阻尼器,悬吊装置能够自由摆动,在悬吊装置从竖直位置摆动上升时,碰撞球沿轴心杆向心滑动,碰撞球与上底板发生碰撞产生耗能;当悬吊装置从最大摆动幅度位置向原位置摆动下降时,碰撞球沿轴心杆离心滑动,碰撞球与下底板发生碰撞提供阻尼,弹簧驱动碰撞球在摆动周期内多次与上下底板碰撞,实现减振。本阻尼器能够实现对不同方向、不同频带、不同强度激励的适应,提高了阻尼器的灵活性,增加了碰撞球耗能效率。
