The roof waterproof heat insulation structure comprises a roof base layer, the roof base layer comprises a flat top layer and surrounding edges, the roof base layer is formed by pouring reinforced concrete, a fine cement layer is arranged at the top end of the flat top layer, the surface of the fine cement layer is coated with waterproof paint, and lower-layer heat insulation bricks are arranged at the top end of the waterproof paint; a plurality of connecting grooves are formed in the ends, away from the fine cement layer, of the lower-layer heat-insulating bricks, upper-layer heat-insulating bricks are arranged on the sides, away from the fine cement layer, of the lower-layer heat-insulating bricks, connecting plates are arranged at the bottom ends of the upper-layer heat-insulating bricks, the connecting plates can be embedded in the connecting grooves, and a waterproof layer is arranged at the top ends of the upper-layer heat-insulating bricks and formed by splicing a plurality of waterproof films. The connecting positions of the waterproof films are bonded in a hot melting mode, water guide holes are formed in the edges of the adjacent vertical side walls of the surrounding edge, and the bottom ends of the inner walls of the water guide holes are higher than the waterproof films. By means of the technical scheme, the roof can have good waterproof and heat insulation performance.
