The invention discloses a device for preventing slurry leakage of a template. The device comprises an upper template, a lower template, a plugging mechanism and a guide mechanism, the upper template and the lower template are vertically arranged up and down, the lower end of the upper template extends outwards to form an upper parting strip, and the upper end of the lower template extends outwards to form a lower parting strip; a gap exists between the bottom of the lower template and the ground; the plugging mechanism comprises a threaded sleeve, a plugging block and a threaded rod; the thread bushing is embedded into the upper parting strip of the upper template and the lower parting strip of the lower template, and the plugging block is arranged on the outer side of a gap between the lower template and the ground; the threaded rod is matched with the threaded sleeve, and the lower end of the threaded rod extends into the plugging block and is connected with the inner bottom of the plugging block; the guide mechanisms are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the plugging mechanism. The method has the beneficial effects that the construction operation is simpler and more convenient, and the repeated use cost is lower; and the plugging block and the flexible sleeve are used for plugging from the outer side surface, so that the lower end of the template can be laterally supported.
