The invention discloses a multifunctional three-state steel wire seal which comprises a lock cover, a lock cylinder, a lock sleeve, a steel wire lock block and a steel wire rope, the lock cover, the lock cylinder, the lock sleeve and the steel wire lock block are arranged in a shell, the steel wire rope and a wire penetrate through a spring tube together, one end of the steel wire rope is riveted with the steel wire lock block, and the other end of the steel wire rope is riveted with the steel wire lock block. The other end of the probe is connected to the locking bolt together with the lead, and the locking bolt is connected and conducted with the probe to send a locking success signal to the PCB; the locking bolt and the lock cylinder are located in the lock sleeve, and the lock cover is pressed into the lock sleeve.
