The rotating shaft is meshed with the charging small door through the third gear, and when the rotating torque of the charging small door driven by the outside exceeds a threshold value, the first transmission part is separated from the second transmission part. When the charging small door is externally driven to rotate, the first transmission part is separated from the second transmission part, and damage caused by transmission of force to the driving motor is avoided.
