The dust-isolating and sound-blocking equipment comprises a shielding structure which is clamped and transversely connected to the outer side of a door frame in a sliding mode, an air inlet structure is arranged at the end, away from the sliding direction, of the shielding structure, a dust removal structure is contained in the door frame, and the dust removal structure comprises a supporting plate and a filter screen; the two sides of the supporting plate are fixed to the two sides of the shielding structure correspondingly to form a dust filtering cavity, and a plurality of openings are formed in the supporting plate at intervals. The filter screen is contained in the opening, the area of the filter screen is larger than that of the opening, and the air inlet structure communicates with the dust filtering cavity. A cleaning structure is arranged on the side, opposite to the shielding structure, of the filter screen and comprises a noise reduction block capable of being contained in the opening. The construction method has the advantages that the construction method adapts to construction of buildings with narrow corridors such as apartments and old, broken and small corridors, dust-isolating and sound-blocking equipment is placed in the corridors with inward-opening entrance doors, and the occupied space of the corridors is small.
